Why sign up?

Accessing your bills and documents electronically has many advantages:

  • 24/7 access to personalised information
  • you'll receive documents promptly, up to 5 days quicker than in the post
  • it's the environmentally friendly option

What can I see?

You can view personalised information relating to both Council Tax and Benefits, such as

  • when your next payment is due
  • how much you've paid so far
  • how much you owe
  • when you'll receive benefits

You can also download any notification letters or bills from inside your account.

How do I sign up?

Bills and documents can be accessed through your High Peak online account. It's easy to register; you can sign up using an e-mail address or via Facebook. 

If you don't want to receive any paper bills in the future, please complete the form below so that we can ensure you receive documents and bills electronically.

What if I already have an online account?

If you already have an account with us, you will still need to complete the e-billing request form above, so that we can mark our Council Tax / Benefits system as 'Electronic' rather than 'Paper' for billing purposes. This means that you'll then be directed to log in to your account every time a bill or notification is issued.
