Temporary Customer Service Advisor

Full Time

Fixed Term Contract until 31st March 2019

Salary: £18,319 - £20,541 per annum

Location: Leek however will be expected to travel across the Alliance


You will be the first point of contact for customers across the High Peak and Staffordshire Moorlands by dealing with a wide range of customer enquires for all Council service via a variety of access channels.


Experience of delivering high quality customer service to internal and external customers is essential along with excellent communication skills.  You will also require a flexible approach to work, be able to work customer service opening hours of 8.00 am to 6.00 pm Monday to Friday.
