Appeal for accommodation

We need landlords and property owners to help us support an increasing number of people urgently seeking short-term accommodation.

As the Coronavirus pandemic escalates and many accommodation providers decide to shut their doors, the Council's Housing Solutions team is seeing an exceptionally high demand for support, and is struggling to identify accommodation for those in need.

Any local landlord or property owner that has empty accommodation, which is safe and habitable, and could be used as short-term accommodation, is encouraged to email

As soon as more information is available we will post it on here and via our social media channels.
