On 9 September 2020 Buxton Neighbourhood Forum CIC applied to High Peak Borough Council under sections 61F and 61G of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 to designate a Neighbourhood Forum and a Neighbourhood Area for Buxton. Comments were invited on the applications between 26^th November 2020 and 12^th  January 2021. The responses to the consultations were considered by The Executive on the 11^th February 2021 which resolved to approve the applications.

Notice is hereby given that High Peak Borough Council has designated a Neighbourhood Area and Neighbourhood Forum for Buxton in accordance with the Town and Country Planning Act (1990) and the Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations 2012 (as amended).
