Landscape Impact Assessment

The Landscape Impact Assessment was carried out by Wardell Armstrong and published in January 2014. The study looked at the landscape impacts of potential sites identified in the Local Plan Preferred Options and assessed the suitability of land on the edge of settlements for development in landscape terms.

An additional Study was carried out in July 2014 ( and updated in August 2014) to assess sites that had come forward as part of the consultation on the Local Plan.
