I've had a note from the crew; do I still have to pay?

If we have spotted your bin is damaged we will let you know. Sometimes we can't empty damaged bins and you will need to order and pay for the supply of a replacement.

If we damage your bin or it falls into the back of the collection vehicle we will put a note through your door and replace your bin free of charge.
