CARELINK RESPONSE OFFICER
£12.18 per hour plus enhancement for night working
24 or 32 hours per week available
Join our dedicated team providing a 24 hour response service to our community alarm clients across the High Peak.
This is an exciting time to join our Carelink team! We have recently reviewed our service and are looking for individuals with a caring "can do" attitude to help us move forward with new ways of working and an improved service offer for customers.
To provide a comprehensive emergency response service to older and vulnerable customers to maximize their ability to live independently.
To provide a comprehensive administrative and office support service to the Carelink team and it customers.
Incidental monitoring of CCTV.
To develop and maintain a range of working relationships with service users to ensure an end to end service is provided.
We are looking for colleagues who are:-

Have a full driving licence
Based at Ecclesfold in Chapel-en-le-Frith, our service operates 365 days per year on a shift system of 6am - 2pm, 2pm - 10pm, 10pm - 6am and days of 9am - 5pm.
Our priority is to recruit the "right" people to work with our existing team to deliver our service. We usually offer 24 or 32 hour a week contracts and can be flexible with which shifts we offer successful candidates, although we are particularly keen to hear from people happy to work weekends and late shifts.
The position is subject to successful enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service clearance.
