Waiver

What is a waiver?

A waiver allows vehicles to park in places where permission is required.

How will I be assessed?

Each application is assessed on several criteria including:

  • what work is being undertaken
  • whether tools can be unloaded and the vehicle then moved
  • what parking restrictions are in place
  • whether the granting of a waiver would cause difficulties for other road or footpath users

Please note: at least 28 working days notice is required
