We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing a variety of administrative tasks. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a busy office environment.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
  • Answer phone calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel and taking messages as necessary.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
  • Manage scheduling and appointments using Google Suite or similar software.
  • Assist with clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
  • Handle administrative tasks including managing correspondence and office supplies.
  • Maintain a clean and organised reception area to create a welcoming environment for clients.

Skills

  • Proficient in data entry with excellent typing skills.
  • Strong computer skills, including familiarity with Google Suite and Front of house till systems
  • Exceptional phone etiquette with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
  • Proven organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
  • Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role is advantageous but not essential.
