Pay your business rates

Business Rates Flexible Payments

The Council is committed to supporting businesses where possible in easing financial pressures during these unprecedented times.

Under normal circumstances, business rates instalments commence in April through to January. Recognising the current exceptional circumstance if you are unable to pay your instalments at this time we can offer to defer your first instalment until June and extend your payments through until March.

Please complete this form to request this payment plan.

You can pay in many ways including online, Direct Debit or by phone

Pay by Direct Debit

Paying by Direct Debit is the easiest and most secure way of paying your bill. You can choose to pay on the 1st, 15th or 30th of each month, over 10 or 12 instalments dependant on the number of months remaining in the financial year.
