Missed repair appointment

We're introducing a Missed Repair Appointment Initiative - if we don't let you know we aren't able to attend, you will receive a £25 voucher or credit to your rent account.

There is nothing more annoying than waiting in for an engineer or operative to attend who doesn't show up - especially if you have had to take time off work or arrange cover for school pick-ups!

Whilst our repairs partner Alliance Norse will make every effort to keep appointments made, we know that from time-to-time things may go wrong.

For that reason we are introducing a 'Missed Appointment Initiative' - if we don't let you know we aren't able to attend, you will receive a £25 voucher if any of the following apply:-

  • If we do not keep a morning appointment but arrive in the afternoon unless you are contacted before 9:30am to cancel the appointment or to let you know we will be arriving later in the day.
  • If we do not keep a morning appointment and do not turn up at all that day we will pay unless you are contacted before 9:30am to cancel the appointment.
  • If we do not keep an afternoon appointment we will pay unless you are contacted before 1pm to cancel the appointment.
  • If we do not attend a pre-booked appointment at all and don't contact you.

If this applies to you, please complete our form and we will confirm that the appointment was missed and arrange the payment.

*Please note that if you have rent arrears, we will credit to your rent account instead of providing a voucher*
