The Business Growth Fund is an equity investment company established to meet the growth finance needs of UK companies which will offer an initial investment between £1m and £15m, with significant follow-on funding as required in return for an equity stake of between 10-40% in the business and a seat on the board. They invest in a range of companies, from earlier stage SMEs of £1m revenues, to those with £100m+ revenues, and across all sectors.
