Ashwood Park, Buxton
Ashwood Park runs along the side of the River Wye and is often used as a green pathway from Fairfield in to the centre of Buxton on the edge of town.

Parking
On street parking is available on Bakewell Road (A6) next to the park, or town centre car parks.
Ashwood Park is also served by bus stops along Bakewell Road.

Friends of Ashwood Park
Although not an 'official' friends group the Buxton Town Team are involved with Ashwood Park.

Parks Management Plans
The parks individual management plan will define the current and future management and maintenance of the park for a 10-year period from 2021 to 2031.
The plan aims to provide clear direction for the future management and maintenance of the park, ensuring that the park is conserved and enhanced in its entirety whilst balancing the needs of visitors and residents alike.
