TREE WORK REQUESTS - CORONAVIRUS (COVID -19)

In light of the current government advice to limit the spread of Coronavirus to protect the public and staff High Peak Borough Council will not be undertaking works to trees except where works are required for essential reasons.

Protected trees

It is illegal to carry out any work on protected trees without obtaining consent from the council first, so it's always best to check with us

Trees are an important part of the overall appearance and character of a conservation area and are often given additional protection because of this
