Can I pay my service charge by instalments?

High Peak Borough Council will look at each case on its own merit. In the case of major repairs where there is no sinking or reserve fund the council will usually allow payment on a payment plan as long as the payment plan is maintained. For normal service charges payment should be made within 28 days of receipt of the invoice.
