EST (The Energy Saving Trust) has lots of advice on how to be more energy efficient through improving your home, what to do when buying new appliances and what to consider when thinking about renewable energy. 

Community Energy England also has lots of advice for communities who may be new to renewable energy and who want to work together to generate some energy.

If you are looking for a renewables or battery installer, MSC are the accrediting body and manage a database of installers which you can access from their website.
