How to apply for a garage.

The current estimated wait time for a garage tenancy is in excess of ten years.

As such the list is currently closed to new applications and this will be reviewed annually.

If you still require garage in twelve months time please check back here to see if the list has reopened

Ending a garage tenancy

If you want to end your garage tenancy you need to complete a Garage Tenancy Termination Notice.  One weeks notice must be given, tenancies must end on a Monday.  Rent is charged up to that day.
